The Orcas Center’s Visual Arts Committee invites you to an inspiring evening on Friday, September 26, 5:30–7:00 pm. Enjoy the vibrant work of featured artist David Densmore, known for his on-site landscape paintings and sculptor’s eye, alongside a community show exploring the theme of Movement.
Densmore, an Orcas Island resident and trained jeweler, brings a unique touch to his oil paintings—many completed in a single sitting—while also working in wood, copper, and paper. Meet the artist, mingle with neighbors, and celebrate local creativity in the Madrona Room and lobby of the Orcas Center.
